Do you give prices over the phone?
We can give a range, but we confirm the real cause on-site before quoting anything beyond the initial service. That protects you from surprise costs.
Is jetting always needed?
No. Jetting is recommended for grease, heavy buildup, tree root intrusion, recurring clogs, long runs exceeding 100 feet, or when cable equipment fails to fully clear the line. We recommend jetting only when it’s the most effective solution.
When should I do a video inspection?
Camera inspection is completed after every main line clearing to verify flow and identify issues such as root intrusion, cast-iron scale, pipe offsets, structural damage, and leaking joints.
What should I do before you arrive?
If safe, stop using water in the affected fixtures. Clear out the area under the sink or near the toilet/shower. If there’s a cleanout, point it out.
Is it a “main line” issue or just one drain?
If multiple fixtures back up (especially the lowest one), it can indicate a main line issue. We’ll diagnose and confirm before proceeding.
